POLICY FOR BOOKING APARTMENTS THROUGH WWW.TENERIFE-SUR.COM
GENERAL
As this is often peoples second home with lots of items not often seen in apartments for rent, we hope you will both appreciate it and respect the property and neighbours as we do.
You must be over 28 as a renter.
Important!
Please read the blue info-map you will find on the table in the apartment.
It includes important info on electrical appliances, the TV, password for the WiFi, washingmachine/dryer, other amenities in the area and sorroundings like restaurants, parking, shopping etc.

Check in: 16:00
Check out: 11:00
If you need a little more flexibility, please ask in advance if it is possible – we are very flexible.
INSURRANCE
The apartments are privately owned and the owner nor Vitamate Ltd are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest, nor any problems out of our hands (force majore).
By making a booking, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise and inventory.
In the event of accidents or damages to the premises or the inventory you will be held responsible.
Force majeure – things beyond the owners control – is not, in any way, covered by the owner and will not result in any full or partial refund of renting fees. Please take out your own insurrance to cover this.
We therefore invite you to make sure you are insured.
PAYMENT
Rent, fees and deposit will have to be payed in ful when booking, as we only can manage several payments if explicitely agreed.
There will be a 2% credit card fee.
