Examples are smartlock where you just get a pin code to get entry to the apartment – no keys to loose, no keys to share..everybody in the traveling party has its own virtual key.
The code is set up to work only for the period of your stay.
Also some apartments are equiped with other smart wifi devices like curtain motors, loudspeakers with Google and Amazon talkability, firealarms and electrical outlets – all run by talking commands.
